Located five minutes’ walk from Porta Energiea Metro, Affittacamere Andronaco offers compact rooms with TV, fridge and tiled floors, some with private bathrooms. A shared area provides a vending machine for hot drinks and snacks, and sweet breakfast service is available on request. Quietly set 500 m from Corso Buenos Aires shopping, with bus stops to Milano Centrale just 150 m away.

The room was functional and clean for a single night, but the toilet was on the hallway.

The neighborhood is quiet, yet the shower was moldy, the air‑conditioning didn’t work well, and the staff were unfriendly.

The location, price, and the staff’s willingness to let me store luggage until the evening of departure were all positives, but the single service available for 5/6 rooms felt a bit lacking and, in my view, should be revamped or at least refreshed a bit.

The location is excellent, the area is very calm and quiet, and we slept well, but the bathroom is tiny, has no windows, and the walls were moldy—a detail that could heavily influence a return decision; aside from that, for a short stay in Milan the room might suit someone with modest expectations.
