The location and the friendliness of the staff were the two highlights, but the value for money was mediocre. The elevator schedule needs a complete overhaul, the breakfast coffee was slightly discolored, and the bathroom was tiny.

I stayed close to the center, but the elevators were a disaster; I spent at least 2 hours each day waiting for or inside them.

“Trust and Honesty”

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I booked a two‑night stay and was later charged KRW 1,036,820, far higher than the rate I expected when I made the reservation. When I raised the issue with the hotel, I was told the higher price was related to a BTS concert. While I understand that hotel prices can fluctuate due to demand, I booked in advance and expected the confirmed booking rate to be honored. The lack of clarity regarding the final charges has left me disappointed and questioning the transparency of both the hotel and the booking process.

“Busan is a wonderful city and Adela is prefectly located.”

The location was great with nice views of Busan city, a short walk to a main shopping district, the metro station, and a nearby bus stop; Yeongdo‑gu has plenty of sights too. However, the hotel attracts many tour‑bus visitors, so in the morning the lifts are often full—an early or, better yet, a late breakfast avoids the rush.
