There was hardly anything positive; the room was filthy with blood‑like stains on the walls, a lot of dust, dirty windows, and a thermostat hanging on wires that didn’t work—given the overall rating, I can’t see how it earned more than a 5.

“Staff was nice gym was good enough.”

Breakfast stayed good as always, but the mattress was so soft that I sank in completely, making a good night’s sleep impossible.

“Very enjoyable!”

We always look forward to staying at this Holiday Inn Express because of its convenience to all our destinations, but at 4 a.m. someone kept knocking on a door across from us; we had to call the front desk, and they stopped the knocking.
