The location was great, but the room faced the street and wasn’t sound‑proof; I could hear fights and the street vendors playing loud music at 5 am, the window wouldn’t open so ventilation was impossible, and there was no breakfast service.

The room was very nice and exactly as shown in the photos, and the self‑check‑in worked well; however, the location was noisy all night into the morning, and the thin walls let a lot of sound through, which sometimes couldn’t be avoided.

Everything was great – the location, the cleanliness, and the easy access to the room – except that the bed felt very soft.

What I liked most was the location, close to a boat to Tabarca and near the town square during the festival; the room was very noisy at night with street sounds, the window couldn’t open, the shower floor was porous and trapped soap and water, the room was booked for three but the spare wasn’t there, so I had to set it up and make the bed myself; the mattresses were a disaster and sagged completely; I received a phone message asking for IDs, but when I arrived there was no one on site to help, everything was handled over the phone, and I even had to wait for the cleaning staff who seemed to ignore me.
