The room was clean and airy with air conditioning; the owner was very friendly and enthusiastic.

My three‑person group traveled to Bảo Lộc and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, everything was spotless and exactly to our liking, and after we checked out she even let us use the bathroom to freshen up before heading back to Saigon, which we really appreciated and hope to see her again on a future visit; however, the room next to ours was noisy, with late‑night guests making a lot of racket and not respecting quiet.
