The room was very nice, situated on the ground floor for easy access, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Do better please”

I only liked Aizel; she was a perfect host who made me feel better about everything. The pool was okay with the atrium. I did not like that there were only 4 local TV channels and the bed was uncomfortable. No toiletries were provided, and the price was three times higher than another nearby hotel that offers 50 TV channels, half in English, a more comfortable bed, toiletries, and even a refrigerator. This place had nothing in the room, and I was then charged for every little extra.

“Because of its location inside BF Homes and close to SM BF, this place has potential for upgrade”

The area around/inside BF Homes has a limited number of good business hotels, giving guests very few choices. You can walk 10 minutes to SM BF where there are restaurants, cafés, and shopping. The hotel could be further improved to become a small boutique hotel like those in Cambodia or Vietnam, serving as a good option for residents of BF Homes. These days it is more practical to stay in a hotel than to prepare the house for guests.
