Polaria Experience Centre is 500 metres away, and Hurtiguten terminal is a 6-minute walk. City and sea views are available in select rooms.

The staff were good, the location was fine, and the bed was okay. However, there was a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom.

We were extremely disappointed with the property – we found bedbugs in our original room, so we moved to another room on the same side, one block up, where the towels were bare and threadbare and hair was still on the unpacked carpet. The price was the same as the fabulous place that included breakfast, but after this experience I would advise against staying here. The bedbugs, the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed, and the completely threadbare towels were unacceptable.
