“Overall was acceptable”

The location was good, but the carpet was not clean.

“I really enjoyed my stay very nice hotel to me and my family. please continue to keep it up.”

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you all so much; it's a very nice hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean and not too far from my destination.

You guys were very nice and very professional. I enjoyed my stay. The guy at the counter was very understanding and very professional.

“It was ok”

The room was nice. I booked a specific room with a pullout sofa bed, but when I arrived they said it was already booked and I had to accept the room I got, even though I had booked it in advance. They claimed it was first come, first served, but that’s not how it works when you book ahead.

“Dont stay here if you”

The breakfast was good. I didn’t like how the housekeeper or hotel stole my Gucci glasses on my birthday when I accidentally left them in there. I called the front office twice and she said no. I was on my way to a cruise and didn’t get them. My room and my family's other room were riddled with dog pee, a horrible smell 😫.
