Very comfortable, the host is super helpful and polite. The place gets very hot and stuffy; the fan in the summer isn’t enough, and usually it’s cooler outside than inside.

A cozy flat in an Annex, perfect for a quick breakfast outside—just remember breakfast isn’t always included, but Paris has a boulangerie nearby. It’s great if you need to stay near CDG or Parc de Exposition, though getting into Paris by bus or RER takes a bit of walking. I was there for work, so it worked out well.

We had breakfast outside, but everything needed to eat was available on site.
