While the hotel's staff were attentive and helpful, the lack of complimentary water was a disappointment. The hotel's explanation for not providing water was unconvincing, especially considering the on-site bakery sold bottled water. The guest was surprised by this unusual policy.

The hotel's proximity to the beach and cleanliness were major highlights, but the uncomfortable bed and lack of amenities, such as a blanket during cold weather, detracted from the overall experience.

The guest had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel, citing numerous issues with noise, facilities, and cleanliness. Despite initially booking for 8 nights, they left after just 3 due to the unbearable conditions. Their stay was marred by the constant presence of rowdy individuals outside the hotel.
