The staff were friendly, the room was clean, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable.

Very convenient to Tampa airport!

The location to the airport was fine, but the front desk associate Casey was extremely rude and unpleasant at check‑out.

The spot is spot on, just a short walk from the airport and the cruise dock, and the shuttle ran like clockwork. The only hiccup was that the shampoo was missing from our bathroom.

Front Desk assisted with our needs and went above and beyond. She works weekends until 3:00pm. Super great gal
