The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely, especially Mohammed, who went out of his way to be helpful
The hotel's safe location and helpful staff were definite pluses
The breakfast was good, although they could maybe work on improving it a bit

“What a disappointment”
Nothing noteworthy. No one answered the phone, leaving us stranded. We arrived and were stuck outside the gate for over an hour until someone came to open it. Even though we were exhausted, we had to climb steep steps. The TV only played Arabic, so I couldn’t watch Bafana. The bathroom towels were so stiff they felt like they were frozen.
“Disgusting”
We booked three rooms, but unfortunately, none of them were up to par. The rooms were filthy, with dirty windows that couldn't even be closed properly. The bedding was dirty and broken, and there was no remote for the TV or plug for the android box. To top it all off, the kitchen and dining area were in a terrible state, and the breakfast advertised was nowhere to be found. We also had issues with cockroaches and dirty bathrooms. Needless to say, we won't be coming back.

We were really looking forward to staying at this place, but things took a turn for the worse when we realized it was in Laudium, not Centurion like we thought. To make matters worse, we couldn't get in touch with the host, and we had to scramble to find alternative accommodation. Needless to say, we were pretty frustrated with the whole experience.
The place was a total letdown, especially considering the price we paid. The kitchen was a disaster - it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the stove was completely useless. To make matters worse, the linen on the beds was stained and marked, which was a major turn-off. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
