Extended Stay America Boston Westborough

The location is solid, yet the vibe felt too institutional and lacked a residential feel.

“The staff makes one feel like family”

The staff were excellent, but the bathroom floors were sticky from dog pee.

The hotel was neat, and there was nothing to complain about.

“Terrible terrible terrible”

Hotel was not answering the phone when we had to call prior to arrival. Extremely dirty. Booked for 4 people was supposed to have 1 bed one pull out couch that was for 2 but the couch could only fit 1 person. No linens for the couch. Very old facility and terrible appliances. Very dirty and poor smell

“Ok”

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, but the sofa was not comfortable, the first staff member made several of us think the hotel was sold out, and we had to request cookware.
