Close to the Royal Palace and parks, a quiet pleasant spot, excellent breakfast. The reception staff were rarely on duty; guests often checked out themselves, leaving keys at the desk. He was also absent during the day. His working style was very peculiar. I only arrived at 3 pm when check‑in was scheduled.

The staff were attentive and everything was well equipped and clean. The breakfast and the ability to enter outside of normal hours were appreciated. Everything was perfect; the mattress could have been better, but overall it was great.

The reception staff and a cleaner offered great service and recommendations, the location was excellent and just a short walk from the Royal Palace, the breakfast was rich and varied, and the room and common areas were clean. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and the room was a little small but adequate for one or two nights.
