The staff were genuinely helpful, but nothing else was that good.
We had lunch there and it met our expectations, but the room and room service were lacking.
There were no positives, and there were no negatives.
We had a great experience at the hotel: rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good and all facilities were organized, the food was tasty, overall it was a fantastic stay and we definitely want to come back; highly recommended! The same positive points were repeated as negatives.
