I booked this place because it was the only one without carpet in the rooms, but they told me they were overbooked. A young lady tried to call me around 3 pm to explain, but my phone went straight to voicemail and she didn’t leave a message, so they sent me to another hotel. I was unhappy with the hotel they redirected me to.

The floors were sticky, and the staff took 30 minutes to arrive at the front desk.
