The owner and her kids were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the stay feel personal, even though the place itself was pretty basic. I’d definitely come back just for the people.

Staff were genuinely kind and caring, which made a big difference. Unfortunately the heater died out halfway through the night, so I was a bit chilly until it was fixed. Overall the service outweighed the temporary cold.

Our host was very friendly, and the breakfast and bed were perfectly fine. The room itself felt dated and cramped, and the roosters next door started crowing at dawn, which was a noisy wake‑up. It was an okay stay, just not the most comfortable.

The location is spot on—right where you want to be for exploring the area. Nothing else really stood out, but I didn’t have any complaints either. A solid choice if you just need a convenient base.

We got a flat tire on the road, and the owner waited for us until midnight, which was a huge relief. The cabin is simple but equipped with everything we needed, including a cozy wood stove that added a nice ambience. It wasn’t fancy, but it felt welcoming.
