“Wouldn’t stay there again . Overpriced.”
The photo was misleading, showing the back of the hotel instead of the front; the carpets were dirty and the interior felt old, and the bar didn’t match the description at all, but at least the bed was comfortable.

The location was gorgeous, the room was superb, and breakfast was wonderful—nothing else to add.

The place looked nice overall and the reception was welcoming, but the bathroom suffered from poor maintenance.
The place is very atmospheric, with a beautiful view of Loch Ness, and the service is very friendly.

We arrived late in the evening, exhausted and very hungry after a long journey, and had almost given up hope of finding anything to eat. But Justin at reception came to our rescue! Even though the kitchen was almost closed, he kindly arranged dinner for us. He literally saved us from starvation! 😊 And Justin was not an exception — the whole team was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, and they made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. The only thing that could be improved is the shower. The water pressure was quite weak, and the temperature was difficult to regulate — it went from very hot to cold
