NH Berlin City Ost

“Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.”

The accommodation is centrally located and offers a great breakfast; the dinner at the Italian restaurant in the building is also very good. The room we had was a bit dated, but everything was clean and livable. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

A solid city hotel with good overall feel.

“Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, es gibt nichts zu meckern.”

The room was beautifully furnished, with plenty of storage, especially in the bathroom, and the bed had no split in the middle, which was great. A kettle and mugs were provided so you could brew tea or coffee. We were able to check in early at our request, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that breakfast was only available until 10 am, even on weekends.

“Alles in Ordnung”

“The bed was comfortable, the rest was disappointing.”

The bed was very comfortable. We paid for the XL room, which was supposed to come with bathrobes and slippers but it took 2 days to get them. I hadn’t brought a dressing gown as I was expecting a bathrobe. They said that the room wouldn’t be cleaned but I was surprised that the cups in our room were not washed or replaced. When we got there there were 2 bottles of water, tea bags and coffee pods, as I would expect for a supposedly 4 star hotel but this was never replenished during our 7 day stay. I do not consider this hotel to be 4 star at all
