“I did like the people”

I stayed at a place that was pretty run down, but I did have somewhere to sleep that night.

The property was dirty and poorly maintained, with many long‑term renters living there; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone traveling and it should be shut down to fix numerous issues. The A/C was too small to cool the room, the beds were uncomfortable and prevented a good night's sleep, and while the room looked clean at first, it was really just window dressing and neglected items were found.

“Disgusting. Dreadful. Inhumane to offer this to your dog, best part was leaving. No joke!!”

I left the motel feeling that the rating system doesn't go low enough for this place; calling it "disgusting" barely scratches the surface. The nightmare began at check‑in when the front desk demanded an extra $50, claiming they wouldn't honor the room we had already booked, so paying for the room didn't guarantee it unless you paid twice. We opened the door and were hit with a smell of roach spray, mothballs, mildew, and years of neglect. The room was filthy—trash under the bed, dirty floors, a nasty shower, and a broken window shade that I had to cover with my shirt just for privacy. Then the lights went out, and the real tenants emerged. Roaches crawled on the walls, across the bathroom floor, in the shower, and even on the beds. I slept on top of the blankets every night because there was no way I could get under them. We only stayed because everything else was booked or too expensive, and waiting days for a refund wasn't an option. We spent all day avoiding the motel and dreaded coming back each night. I have pictures of everything. This place should be ashamed to list itself, and every bad review is 100% true. If you're thinking about booking here, don't; your car would probably be cleaner.

“Very messy”

The pictures of the property did not reflect its true condition; it was unclean and messy with old furniture broken outside the door.

The location was clean but only had one deadbolt lock, and I noticed most of the other occupants were male, so as a lone female traveler I felt uneasy. There was no second lock for the door.
