“Comfortable, quiet, reasonably priced, and nice staff!”

The breakfast was delicious – egg, sausage, apple and coffee. The room was clean, quiet, and I had everything I needed. A nice touch was the bow on the toilet paper roll. This staff is trying hard to improve the ratings of the former hotel! I can’t think of anything else to mention.

The spot was quiet and right next to Hershey Park and a bunch of restaurants, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The shower door on a roller wouldn’t stay shut, so we had to jam a washcloth into the roller to keep it closed, and we told the front desk about it when we left.

“Warm and welcoming. Great location close to Hershey Park. Exceptional value. Five star atmosphere!!”

The staff were very friendly and handled everything we needed quickly and politely. The rooms and facilities were spotless and freshly renovated, and breakfast was above average with plenty of options and variety. The location was great, just a 10‑minute walk from Hershey Park. The only downside was a shelf in the shower.

The staff and the location were good. There was mold in the shower, and people were making a lot of noise at night by jumping around.
