The garden was gorgeous and a bit away from the centre, so we enjoyed the calm. The staff were helpful and arranged a safari for us. Dining in the room was decent. The bathroom was basic and lacked hot water, but otherwise the stay was comfortable.

The hotel’s proximity to the roads was convenient. The room was small and the curtains were stained. The reception desk was often empty, and service calls went unanswered. Power backup was inadequate and the AC shut off during outages. The parking area was below standard and the hotel entrance was a bit far.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's ambiance, which set the tone for a fantastic stay. Although everything else was up to par, I didn't find anything to complain about during my visit.
