InTown Suites Extended Stay Denver - Havana Street

The bed was great, but the people fighting made it tough to relax.

“Me quedé allí por lo económico.”

I liked the very central location, but the hallway carpets were dirty, the emergency stairs were always filthy, sometimes there were horrible smells, and the bed was hard.

“Disappointed and dissatisfied”

The room was dirty and stained, with shoe prints on the chair seats; I refused to stay because of these issues and the hotel wouldn’t refund the full booking price.

The staff were the only problem.

“Excellent accept the toilet size and height. Toilet was clean.”

The place was clean and organized, with knowledgeable and courteous associates at the front desk, but the toilet was so small and very low to the floor.
