The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The GPS couldn't find the address, but my phone could.

This farm‑turned‑B&B is a typical northern French farmhouse. Our room was a bit small with high windows, probably a former stable or storage building. The grounds are lovely and characteristic, but we couldn't use them because of bad weather. The breakfast was classic French at a table d'hôte. For beer lovers, a trip to Vaucelles brewery is recommended, though they only offered tasty beer without any extra ingredients, not even a sausage or cheese sandwich. All in all, a nice stop in the very quiet "la France profonde." The weather was the only downside.
