The location was great, the apartment had everything we needed and was very well maintained. I stayed during a cold period and the air conditioning made a lot of noise.

The reception service was awful and slow, the hotel was very old, most elevators didn’t work, and to top it off the apartment 604, which I didn’t know was a private unit, was filthy and disgusting. I took photos and videos, they didn’t clean it, and when I arrived there were several black hairs on the floor, bathroom, and bed, full of mold, and the owner Vitor even told me that because I paid cheaper there wasn’t much structure. It’s outrageous! Booking should clearly state in big letters when it’s a private unit because I will never rent private again. I couldn’t leave luggage at reception, and the worst was the room’s condition: many broken pieces of furniture, full of mold, no cleaning or even a change of bed linens. They didn’t meet the website’s offer; I want my money back or I will take legal action. Everything was awful.
