“Disappointed”

I came in expecting a balcony, a tea and coffee machine, soap, towels, and a fridge, but none of those were there; the building was still under construction, the contact info was wrong, and the noise level was high.

I had a great experience at this lodge; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the facilities were clean, well‑maintained, and very comfortable, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

“Experience at the facility”

The property is nice and secure, but the booking said breakfast was included and it wasn’t; we were asked to pay extra for it, which felt unfair since we booked based on the listed offer, and when I raised the issue the owner was rude, promised to ask the host and give feedback, but nothing ever happened.

No breakfast was included as stated, there was no toilet paper, the floor was cloth‑like, and there was no Wi‑Fi.

“Fair”

The owner was hospitable, but the bin in my room wasn’t emptied, the adjacent room was noisy at night, the gate intercom didn’t work, and I had to shout or stand by the gate to get in or out.
