I missed having a boiled egg with greens and yellow cheese in the salad selection. We wanted to book three villas for next year, but at reception they redirected us to the booking center and we received a dismissive, unhelpful attitude that was not considerate or customer‑focused. Because of that rudeness and poor service, we won’t book with you again next year.

We had a simply wonderful experience: the venue was spotless and orderly, the area was quiet and pleasant, and the staff were charming and answered every question or request promptly with excellent speed. It works well for families and couples looking for calm and serenity. The headphone party was really cool, the fire pits were great, and the view was stunning! We truly felt free, relaxed, and peaceful. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. Everything was accessible and great!
