The chalet was lovely and cosy, all cooking utensils were supplied, and there was a great selection of TV channels.

The cabin was very well equipped and cozy, and a small stream runs right by it.

The mountain cabin was cozy as it should be—no modern touches, but charming, with everything needed. It was lovely to stay in a cabin that feels like a cabin should feel in Rauland, in our view. The only complaint was that the stay was too short.

The spot is nice and calm, close to the water and handy if you’re heading to Gaustatoppen; there’s a trampoline for kids and the staff are friendly. The Wi‑Fi never worked, and the oars on the boat need polishing—otherwise they’re unusable and your hands get splintered.
