It’s a simple country‑house vibe; the room had a private bath but no hot water or Wi‑Fi. The staff were very friendly, though their English was limited, yet they always smiled and were ready to help. We left an ear‑bud in the room, came back after three days, and got it back. We rented bikes and cycled everywhere (not from the same accommodation). Here’s the WhatsApp for bike requests: +94 71 295 7702. Honestly, we had no issues, but it’s a very basic spot for travelers with low expectations.

Finding the location was easy, the room was comfortable with a clean bathroom, the surroundings were calm and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming—great value for money!

The host couple welcomed us late, let us cook since we hadn’t had dinner, and helped with all our adapter issues with kindness and generosity. Communication was a bit tricky because they don’t understand English, but their willingness made it no real problem.
