The location and hospitality were good.

The host was very responsible, responsive, and friendly. The neighborhood is nicer than some other areas—more modern and cleaner—with plenty of restaurants, relaxed cafés, and clubs nearby. It’s a bit far from the city center, but still a reasonable distance; the bathtub is a bit small, so be careful not to splash the floor too much.

I was in a brand‑new, lively neighbourhood filled with upscale spots, and the facilities were well equipped with plenty of space; the ferry was close by. The only issue was the noisy air‑conditioning that was hard to adjust.
