“Wonderful”
I absolutely loved everything about this place – the rooms are beautifully decorated, the beach is right in front of the B&B, breakfast is delicious, and Georgia is such a kind and helpful lady who made me feel right at home; I wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely come back if I ever visit Big Corn again!

The place was extremely clean and tidy, with beautiful rooms that had all the necessary amenities; breakfast was delicious and the hostess was extremely nice and kind; we had a lonely stay but would definitely recommend it.

It was truly a great stay! The owner is very friendly and helpful, preparing an incredibly tasty and generous breakfast at flexible times, the best breakfast in all of Nicaragua for us, even made it extra vegetarian. On the arrival day, when we came early by Panga from Little Corn, she already offered us breakfast and let us check into our room early. The rooms are very clean and have air conditioning. The location is central, only about 15 minutes to the ferry terminal, Picnic Beach, or the airport (she gave us a good shortcut over the airport grounds). The beach right outside is really beautiful, you can snorkel there and the property has two beach chairs; if those are occupied, the bar next door offers free chairs. We rented a scooter for $4 per hour, which was great for exploring the rest of the island. The Wi‑Fi reception in our room wasn’t great, but in the lounge right next to it it was very good, so it wasn’t a big deal.
The service was very good and the stay was enjoyable.

Georgia, one of the owners, gave personalized attention and was always ready to address every need and concern; she herself prepared the breakfasts, which varied each day and were super delicious, a whole new level! I had visited the place with the previous owners and it’s a 180‑degree change, especially the newly built cabin which was phenomenal. The Wi‑Fi on the island is generally problematic, and in the cabin the Wi‑Fi repeater didn’t reach the signal, which was the only inconvenience when I needed it at night, though during the day I could work in the common areas where there was no issue. The cabin is super complete and still finishing details; I suggested a small desk for those of us who arrive to work on the island.
