The chalet was in a great spot and felt really cozy, which we liked a lot. Unfortunately the kitchen faucet was broken and didn’t work at all. Other than that, everything was fine.

The warm welcome and quick WhatsApp replies put us at ease right away. We ended up liking everything about the stay, so there really wasn’t any complaint to note.

The spot was clean, spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy for five of us to settle in. It’s close to Ubatuba’s beaches and the Itagua center, so we could walk to bars, restaurants and the aquarium without any trouble. Paulo was quick to answer any questions, and Dilsa was friendly and helpful throughout. It would be nicer to have a clothesline running the length of the left hallway, and the freezer could use a check—it wasn’t freezing properly.
