The location is good, staff are helpful, they give local tips, people are friendly, and there are good food options nearby.

The property is good but could be much better; a lift is needed for senior and disabled guests. The surrounding area is not great.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast, and they only mentioned a lift that doesn’t actually exist. The entrance was awkward, right across from the market.
