The service was excellent, and nothing was missing—everything was perfect.

The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and nice, but the hotel was poorly maintained: mould was hidden in the wardrobe, the breakfast was dirty with hair on my food and flies in the juice dispenser, and the hygiene standards were seriously lacking; the breakfast menu had stayed unchanged for ten years.
