“disappointment, and wouldn't recommend”

The location and parking were great for our stay. Our room was only serviced once during the four nights, and that was just a towel change; the beds were never made and the bathroom stayed unclean the whole time. We reported it to reception and received extra towels, but the room was never cleaned. The food was forgettable, the pool was so cold that no one stayed in it for more than a minute.

“Nice hotel with great location and helful staff”

The room and all hotel facilities were kept super clean. The location is excellent—just a 2‑minute walk to the beach, shops, cafés, and a bus stop. The staff were polite and professional. The food was very good with plenty of options for lunch and dinner. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, so I had a great holiday. However, the Wi‑Fi was weak and kept dropping in some parts of the hotel. The drink quality was low; while I understand that all‑inclusive hotels don’t offer premium drinks, the so‑called “cocktails” were terrible, coming out of a plastic pre‑mixed bottle. Given the price I paid, I expected better.

“Parque del Retiro”

I liked the food, but the place was really dull, only older folks around and the activities were super boring.

“Brilliant hotel but terrible noise insulation between rooms”

Location. Cleanliness. The noise from the adjacent rooms was terrible; I could hear everything, they spoke at normal volume, and I could even hear them using the toilet and brushing their teeth – I don't think this is even legal.

The room was not ready at 24, so we were forced to go to another accommodation.
