The location was fantastic—exactly what we were looking for on our holiday. The only drawback was that the air conditioning in the room didn’t work automatically; we had to text to switch it on or off, but it wasn’t a big issue.

The spot is perfect for launching into lake Garda, letting us hop over to Sirmione, Bardolino, and Lazise with ease; everything from restaurants to cafés is just a stroll away. Nothing to complain about.

The setting beats everything else. A balcony overlooking Garda, a bathtub in the bedroom, and a bakery right in the same building. It was a bit tricky to get into the building because of the different codes for doors, the elevator, etc.

The place is well‑located and clean. Nothing else to add.
