The host was very friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond—when we asked if there was a toaster, he happily supplied one. The kitchen could use a few upgrades: maybe an extra small table and better lighting, especially in the kitchen area.

It’s not far from the beach or the city centre, though you’ll need a vehicle. The kitchen is extremely minimal, with only 3 plates and 2 bowls. The heating/air‑conditioning blows straight onto the sink, which is very uncomfortable. The main room is pitch dark because it has no windows. The furniture is old, the sofa is really uncomfortable, and there’s no soundproofing—you can hear neighbours talking and their TV. The exterior also needs some work (see attached photos).

The apartment was beautiful, and the host was very kind, but it could use a refresh.
