The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were professional. The coffee machine was broken and there were no glasses in the room.

“Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută!”

The location is exceptional, right in the pedestrian zone, halfway between the train station and Citta Vecchia. The large, new, functional bathroom has a modern layout, a big window, and even a bidet. The generous room is tastefully furnished, including a fridge. Overall it was much better than the hotel; the only missing element was breakfast, but walking down the pedestrian street you’ll find plenty of cafés right in front of the block entrance.

“Not too bad but not the best for its price”

The spot was very convenient, close to everything so we didn’t need to pay for transport, and the facilities were good. The check‑in was confusing; we spent a lot of time looking for the keys and the correct apartment door. Also, for four days we were only given two rolls of toilet paper and had to buy more ourselves. Finally, the 10 a.m. checkout surprised us and we had to pay extra to stay longer, adding to the tourist tax.

The place was very clean and in a perfect location. The television wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t fully functional.

立地は良い。. ブッキングドットコムで予約したが、アプリのチャットでチェックイン方法を問い合わせても2週間近く、旅の最後まで完全に無視される。 予約当初一方的に送られてきたメッセージの電話にかけても出ない。 また、ブッキングドットコムの案内に従いメールしても無視される。極めて不誠実な対応だった。 最終的に今まで聞いたことのない番号からワッツアップにメッセージが送られて来て、チェックイン方法を教えられる。 また、ホテルででたゴミは、自分で玄関外の路上の黒いゴミ箱に捨てるように指示された。このようなホテルは今まで泊まったことがない。 イタリアではこれが合法なのかもわからないため、合法であればそのように表示してほしい。
