We were a family of six and found the place to be very affordable and spotlessly clean. The soundproofing was also great, so our kids could be noisy without disturbing the neighbors. The amenities were plentiful, and the staff was responsive, even though they weren't physically present. The kids loved the games and YouTube content available. However, the TV was a bit of a letdown, as it required a personal account to access Netflix, and the 70-year-old relative had trouble figuring it out.

As a family who's stayed in many Airbnb rentals, we were blown away by the host's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They sent us photos of the room's facilities before we arrived, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning worked well, and we appreciated the smart TV and the instant coffee machine.

The hotel was spotless and easy to navigate, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. That was a big plus.

The staff was super helpful and responsive, even when we had a last-minute inquiry. They also waited for us during check-in and even provided us with some snacks, which was a lovely touch.
