The laundry service was a bit pricey.

I liked that it was relatively close to the beach, but the room was cramped and overpriced; the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. When we arrived, we had to stash our stuff in a storage room and didn’t receive a room until late afternoon. They forgot or didn’t confirm the airport transfer we’d booked, so we had to hail a taxi ourselves at the airport. The same thing happened when we wanted to go on a day trip and had ordered a taxi at reception—again, they forgot and the taxi wasn’t there on time. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and we won’t be returning because the service cost so much and was a disappointment.

The location, efficient service, and the view from the window and pool were all excellent, yet the bathroom lacked essential equipment.

Everything was fine—services, water at reception, etc.—but the pool water wasn’t heated, which was a real let‑down.

Super lokalizacja, pokoje przestronne I czystutkie. Pszecudowny widok ba tarasie z basenem. Personel mega i śniadanko smakowite. Mega polecam. Byliśmy już drugi raz w tym hotelu
