“Sin agua caliente para ducharse”

The place looked as cozy as the pictures showed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind; the receptionist was always available and very attentive. However, there was almost no hot water pressure, so the Jacuzzi couldn't be used and the shower had barely any hot water at all, which is shocking given the high price paid for such a basic amenity.

The bed was very comfortable, the terrace offered a nice view, and the room was clean. However, it felt more like a motel with no price‑quality relation; I arrived a bit before check‑in and the front desk wouldn’t let me use their bathroom (I had been driving for hours), the room faced a courtyard so it lacked privacy, was dark and cold, had no air‑conditioning, only a slow‑heating electric heater, and it was very expensive to get the jacuzzi working.

The facilities were comfortable, the place was pleasant for rest and relaxation, and the service was courteous—100 % recommendable. The room’s privacy could be improved.
