“Ubicación y trato excelente”
The location is excellent. The hostel is old but charming. The owners are very kind. Everything was fine.

The building is over a century old, and the furniture reminded me of my childhood (I’m over sixty). Breakfast included bread, jams, and sweets made by the hostess—she even baked a sponge cake that my mother used to make, something I hadn’t had in over forty years. The owners, an experienced couple, were very attentive. The only downside was that there were no more available days in Cortona.

The staff and the manager were very welcoming. The breakfast items were very good. The hotel is quite unusual. The only issue was that getting in with luggage was a bit difficult.

The location was great, and the room looked beautiful. Paula was very helpful and even gave us access to a fridge. We did wish there were some hot breakfast options like toast or eggs, but otherwise the stay was fine.
The building is in a strategic location. The kitchen is excellent and high quality. Mrs. Paola is unusually available and communicative, engaging you in conversation. Dinner was fantastic; the dishes we tried were accompanied by an open discussion about their preparation. Mrs. Paola proved to be a great “chef” and the soul of “Dolce Maria,” attentive to the customer, not a resource to be exploited but one to share her experience and entrepreneurial vitality with. Thank you for the, though brief, stay.
