The place is absolutely breathtaking. It sits a bit outside, which is perfect for unwinding from the hustle in Kandy. The whole team was wonderful—super helpful, played with our kids, and took care of everything. We really felt at home.

The location is gorgeous; we chose the lake‑view room with a large terrace for dinner and relaxation. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was highly appreciated. The setting is quiet and ideal for those seeking total peace and silence. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

“Pleasant”

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful views of Victory Reservoir and offers a very quiet environment with supportive staff and good food. We enjoyed our stay, and all our needs were met, including Wi‑Fi, which worked. However, there is no facility to pay with a credit card; I had to travel to Teldeniya town to withdraw cash from an ATM to settle my bill. After paying, the manager informed us that two bottles of drink and a packet of peanuts we had taken from the mini‑fridge were not included in the bill, so we had to pay an additional Rs.500. I had assumed they were complimentary, but I was told otherwise.

It makes you feel like the king and queen of the castle! The setting is the most beautiful in Sri Lanka that we’ve seen. It’s very quiet, except for bird sounds. The lake view is so peaceful. The rooms are very luxurious for a very good price. The food is tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff is very friendly. I would have liked to stay longer.
