“Everything was very dirty also very cold, especially that I am pregnant and have it a toddler with me”
The location was good. However, everything was extremely dirty.

Close to Alton Towers, where we headed the next day. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was lovely.

I love how welcoming the staff were to my dog, and the breakfast spread was delightful. When the gluten‑free pizza was out of stock, they quickly arranged a different dinner option in the restaurant. The only hiccup was the absence of gluten‑free bread, but it was a minor detail that didn’t affect the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The room felt outdated, but the bed was comfortable.

The hotel’s proximity to Alton Towers was a big plus. Inside, however, it felt very old and rundown, with a dated look that clearly needs a refresh. The room itself was spacious enough, yet it could benefit from a makeover.
