The room we had booked was already occupied and they told us we had to find something else. Utter rudeness. Stay away.

Everything was comfortable and clean. However, when we arrived no one was there to greet us; I had to call repeatedly to get it sorted out. When I finally got in, the room I had booked was already taken by someone else, so I had to call again until they gave me a different room. It was all handled over the phone, with no personal assistance.

“Agobiante y ruidosa”

The location is good, but the room is very narrow and claustrophobic. There was a makeshift air conditioner on the window that let in a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep.

The location is convenient, just a short walk from Teatro Lope de Vega where we were going to see the musical *El Rey León*. The rest of the experience was disappointing: the entrance and access to the floor were confusing, the hallway was cluttered with two washing machines, and the overall appearance and hygiene were poorly maintained. Inside the room, which seemed small and unlike the photos, the décor was bad and the worst part was a horrible musty smell that wouldn’t go away even with the window open; the window opened onto a scary interior void. The bathroom was low‑quality, the floor was warped—probably from water leaks—and when we showered the drain didn’t work, flooding the floor. I assumed this wasn’t the first time it happened. The plastic toilet seat was broken and fell off when opened or closed. After returning from the musical at night, the musty odor still lingered even though we had left the window open. We decided to leave the room and stay elsewhere. In short, not recommended at all. The manager’s reply: “We are sorry we did not meet your expectations.”
