The room was a decent size with a handy kitchenette, but the pool was dirty and unusable, breakfast was average, the air‑conditioning was noisy, the hotel was next to a busy road, you can’t close the bathtub to take a bath, and the shower pressure was low.

The location was great, yet the customer service was horrible, the bathroom was dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, my room had a major issue - the toilet wasn't working properly for two out of my three-night stay. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room that housekeeping had already reported problems with, and the common area restroom was poorly maintained. The way the staff handled the situation was also unsatisfactory, leaving me without a clear resolution or timeline for the repair.

I appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room, as well as the convenience of having a kitchen and comfortable beds. The breakfast was also a highlight. However, there were some significant downsides - the room had a persistent smoky smell, the pool was unusable due to its green color, and the housekeeping staff took our towels and didn't provide replacements until the next morning, forcing us to use hand towels instead.

I had a wonderful stay, with everything meeting my expectations and more - especially the breakfast, which was a standout. There were no issues to speak of, making it a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
