The beds and shower were good, but they opened the door even though it was locked.

The bed was comfortable and I loved the terrace, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

I didn’t like anything—service was terrible. Even with a reservation I was ignored at reception, no one answered the doorbell or phone, and the app listed one price, the phone gave another, and WhatsApp sent yet another. Overall, the service was awful.
