Location can’t be beat and the staff—especially Vanina, Gaby and Ernesto—were on point, always ready to help. I’d recommend this place without hesitation; nothing was off.

Great value for the price, with a handy spot near main avenues, plazas and pedestrian zones. The room felt safe and comfy, and the breakfast was solid too.

We booked for two adults and a small dog, but after a long trip our room had already been given away. The staff sent us to a nearby hotel that was supposedly better, yet the night was a nightmare—no hot water, foul smell, broken TV remote, no air‑conditioning, and the whole place felt unsafe. It was the worst night I’ve had on the road, and I won’t trust this listing again.
