Nothing. The property was falsely advertised as “beachfront” when it was not. Guestready said there was parking inside the property for one vehicle but the access gate did not work. The property was fly‑infested and had roach bait prominently by the front door.

The place is well‑located, but it smells stale right when you arrive, suggesting it isn’t rented out often. Too many rugs trap the odor, and the layout feels poorly designed; you have to climb a risky staircase to get to the pool, while the covered terrace next to the kitchen is dim. The grill was dirty, so we had to clean it before using it. The ground‑floor bathroom drain works poorly, the outdoor bathroom sink is unusable and I reported it with no action taken. The dishwasher also malfunctioned, again ignored after I mentioned it. Cleaning staff came during the stay but didn’t sweep the kitchen floor, and the exterior cleaning was nonexistent. The table and chairs were filthy, some were broken. If you want a clean pool, you have to do it yourself—there’s no automatic cleaner, and it’s not heated. Cutlery was missing (forks, knives, spoons), and there were no coffee mugs.
