The proximity to the center and the breakfast were positives. However, we found bed bugs in room 705, so they upgraded us, but it was still not normal; a proper fumigation is needed, not just a regular cleaning.

The location was good and everything was within walking distance. The reception was understaffed, general maintenance was lacking, the breakfast was poor for a **** hotel, the selection was limited, the coffee machines didn't work, and there was a general lack of restocking.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but they weren't solution‑oriented; we were given the wrong room (the one with a wheelchair‑accessible bathroom) and they couldn't resolve our request to change rooms at all. After the shower, water almost reached the beds in the bathroom.
